Terms of Service

These Terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Clinic and users in relation to the use of all services provided on the website operated by the Clinic (the "Site"), including clinic information, online consultation and reservation links, and bulletin boards (reviews, comments, etc.).

• "Site" means the website operated by the Clinic to provide its services.
• "User" means any person who accesses the Site and uses the services provided by the Clinic under these Terms.
• "Content" means text, photos, videos, and other information posted on the Site by a user while using the services.

• The Clinic shall post these Terms on the Site so that users can easily review them.
• The Clinic may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law. In such cases, the effective date and reason for the amendment shall be announced on the Site before the effective date.
• If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, the user may discontinue use of the services. Continued use of the services after the effective date shall be deemed acceptance of the amended Terms.

The Clinic provides the following services:

• Information about the clinic, including departments, treatments, and equipment
• Links to online consultation and reservation channels (including external booking platforms)
• Content such as notices, events, and columns
• Bulletin board features such as reviews and comments
• Other services determined by the Clinic

The Clinic may change all or part of the services provided due to operational or technical needs, in which case the reason and details of the change shall be posted on the Site.

• In principle, the services are available 24 hours a day, year-round. However, actual responses regarding treatment, consultation, and reservations follow the Clinic's business hours.
• The Clinic may temporarily suspend the services in unavoidable circumstances such as system maintenance, replacement, failure, communication disruption, or force majeure, and shall announce this on the Site before or after the fact.

In using the services, users shall not engage in any of the following:

• Misappropriating another person's information or entering false information
• Infringing the intellectual property rights, including copyrights, of the Clinic or third parties
• Defaming, insulting, or otherwise infringing the rights of others
• Posting information contrary to public order and morals, such as obscene or violent material
• Interfering with the normal operation of the services
• Any other act prohibited by applicable law or these Terms

• The rights to and responsibility for the content of posted material rest with the user who posted it.
• If content violates Article 6 or applicable law, the Clinic may delete it or refuse or withhold its posting without prior notice.
• Content that may constitute medical advertising under the Medical Service Act (such as treatment testimonials) may be restricted in accordance with applicable law.

• Copyright and intellectual property rights in the content posted on the Site (text, images, design, trademarks, etc.) belong to the Clinic.
• Users shall not use the Site's content for commercial purposes—by reproduction, distribution, transmission, publication, display, etc.—or allow third parties to do so, without the Clinic's prior consent.
• Copyright in content created by a user belongs to that user, and the user agrees that the Clinic may use such content within the Site for service operation and promotional purposes.

• Treatment and medical information posted on the Site is intended for general informational purposes and does not replace diagnosis, prescription, or treatment for an individual patient.
• The effects and recovery process of any medical procedure may vary depending on individual conditions, and side effects may occur. Please confirm specific details through an in-person consultation with medical staff.

• The Clinic is exempt from liability where it cannot provide the services due to force majeure such as natural disasters or communication failures.
• The Clinic is not responsible for results obtained by users from information expected through the services, and has no obligation to intervene in disputes arising between users or between a user and a third party.
• For issues arising from the use of third-party services not operated by the Clinic, such as external booking platforms, the terms and policies of those services shall apply.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any lawsuit regarding disputes arising between the Clinic and users in connection with the use of the services shall be subject to the court determined by applicable law.
