Post-Treatment Care
Depending on your skin type, temporary itching, burning sensation, or redness may occur, but these symptoms typically subside within 1–2 days.
Light cleansing and makeup are permitted on the day of treatment.
Temporary skin irritation, flaking, or scabbing may occur depending on your skin condition. After consultation with the doctor, this can usually be resolved quickly with prescribed ointments or oral medication, so please contact the clinic if needed.
Do not forcibly peel off flaking skin that develops after the procedure. Apply moisturizer generously so the flakes can shed naturally.
[Anti-inflammatory Injection] Temporary redness may appear at the injection site, and severe inflammation may not subside after a single session. If additional treatment is needed in the same area, please allow at least one week between visits.
For optimal recovery, please avoid alcohol, smoking, saunas, steam rooms, swimming, and strenuous exercise for at least one week.
Apply moisturizer and barrier-repair cream frequently to protect your skin barrier, and always use sunscreen when going outdoors.
These instructions provide general post-treatment care information for patients treated at Lunn Dermatology Clinic.
If you need medical advice or have any concerns, we recommend contacting the clinic or scheduling an in-person consultation.
